Rosa Cisneros is the owner of RMC Floral Designs with over 20 years of experience in Floral Design. 

Rosa chose entrepreneurship to see her children grown and be close to them, observing their developments & seeking to give them a better life than she had.

She owned a floral design school for 14 years, where she trained people to start their own businesses. Now, she specializes in creating stunning floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
